You can delete your E-JuriBD account and the personal data attached to it. There are two ways.
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. You confirm it, and the account is gone straight away. This is the fastest route and needs nothing from us.
Use the form below. Because this page is open to anyone, filling it in does not delete anything by itself: we first check that the account is yours, then delete it and email you when it is done. That normally takes up to 7 working days.
We will never ask you for your password to do this.
Records of payments survive, in a form that can no longer be connected to you. We are required to account for money received, and we cannot do that if the record disappears. It holds the amount, the date and the transaction id — not your name, your email or anything else that identifies you.
Commission already earned by an advocate who referred someone is likewise kept, so that a lawyer's earnings do not vanish because the person they introduced closed their account.
An account that still has juniors or clerks in its chamber cannot be deleted, because the cases and hearing dates of everyone in that chamber hang off it. Move your members to another senior or remove them first, then delete.
