Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains what you are buying, how to stop paying, and when we give money back. It applies to every package sold inside E-JuriBD.

What you are buying

All prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include any applicable charges. There are two kinds of purchase:

Subscriptions (monthly, yearly or seasonal) — access for the period you bought.
One-time packs — a fixed number of questions, or a single exam sitting. These do not expire and are not a subscription.

Cancelling a subscription

Open Profile → Manage subscription and tap Cancel. You keep everything you paid for until the period you already bought runs out — cancelling does not cut you off that day, and it does not produce a partial refund for the remaining days.

When we refund

Access is granted the moment a payment clears, so purchases are normally final. We do refund in these cases:

You were charged and got nothing. The money left your account but the package never turned on, and it is still off an hour later. Full refund.
You were charged twice for the same thing. The duplicate is refunded in full.
The service was broken for a long stretch of a period you had paid for. We refund that part of it.
You bought by mistake and have not used it. Tell us within 48 hours, with no questions asked from the paid features, and we refund in full.

When we do not refund

You used the package and then changed your mind.
You disagree with an answer the app gave. The app supplies legal information with the section it came from; it is not an advocate and never promises an outcome.
You are unhappy with an advocate you found in the directory. They are independent professionals and any fee you paid them was not paid to us.
You broke the Terms of Use and the account was suspended.

How to ask

Write to support@ejuribd.tech with the date, the amount, the number or card you paid from, and the transaction id if you have it. We reply within two working days.

How the money comes back

A refund goes back the way it came — to the same bKash number or the same card. Once we approve it, bKash usually takes 3–7 working days and a card can take up to 10, depending on your bank. That part is not in our hands.
